I’m from Virginia and moved out to Los Angeles to complete my MFA in Animation from the University of Southern California’s John C. Hench Division of Animation and Digital Arts. I love cutout art and creating storybook and fairytale narratives with 2D and 3D techniques. My thesis film, A Tall Tale, has been accepted in numerous film festivals, including the 2010 Annecy International Animation Film

Festival, and it won Best Animated Film at the 2011 Los Angeles Women’s International Film Festival. Since graduation, I’ve been working at DreamWorks Animation. I started in Production and in 2012, I transitioned into a Rough Layout Artist position. Besides art, I love traveling the world, eating yummy food, and lusting over anything to do with Hawaii with my wonderful husband.
